At lunch and dinner, our Chef’s specialities are a knowledgeable blend of tradition and creativity, giving life to tasty meat, fish and vegetarian menus, in which homemade fresh pasta plays a leading role.

In the appetising, coloured vegetable and hors d’oeuvre buffet you will find a whole selection of dishes which will be a feast first for your eyes and then for your palate and finally… a choice of exquisite home-made desserts, spoon desserts and soft cakes that are both beautiful to look at and good to eat.

Our guests always remember the Special Evenings, such as the Cena Romagnola  (Emilia-Romagna-style Dinner) (a spectacular presentation of typical. traditional dishes coming from the Emilia-Romagna region), the Gala Dinner and the fantastic Diner En Rose, to celebrate the famous Notte Rosa (Pink Night) in Riccione.
